Arctic Art Sales - Order & Shipping Information

Payments can be made by Bank Transfer, Certified Check, Money Order, VISA or Mastercard.

All prices shown are in Canadian dollars, which is also the transaction currency for credit card payments.

Please note that payments must be processed before shipping and that shipping is at buyer' s expense. Canadian
buyers must add 5% GST. For sales within BC 7% PST will also be added.

Goods are being send out within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Preferable by Canada Post, registered and insured. Bigger items, such as trophies, will be shipped by air freight or courier.

I ship carefully wrapped and fully insured world wide, according to you specification.

After shipping off the merchandise, I will send you an e-mail notification.

In the rare event that you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, I allow you two weeks after receipt to return the mer-
chandise to me and I will gladly exchange it or refund the amount of the merchandise less shipping and handling costs.
